Worked examples in NGN

This calculator opens at a 500 naira bet. It works out the bet itself and nothing else. If your bank or card adds a charge to a deposit, that charge sits outside these figures, and so does any wagering rule attached to a bonus.

  • A ₦200 bet cashed out at 1.5x returns ₦300, a profit of ₦100. A round gets that far 65% of the time.
  • A ₦500 bet cashed out at 2x returns ₦1,000, a profit of ₦500. A round gets that far 48% of the time.
  • A ₦2,000 bet cashed out at 5x returns ₦10,000, a profit of ₦8,000. A round gets that far 19% of the time.
  • A ₦2,000 bet cashed out at 10x returns ₦20,000, a profit of ₦18,000. A round gets that far 9.7% of the time.

Each example has the same expected return of 97%. On a ₦500 bet that is an average cost of ₦15 per round, whichever line you pick.

The numbers

Aviator odds: the chance of reaching each multiplier

With a 97% return, the chance that a round reaches a multiplier is 97 divided by that multiplier. A 2.00x cash-out is reached in 48.5% of rounds, not half of them. That missing 1.5% is the house edge, and it is in every row of the table below.

Cash out atChance to reach itHow oftenProfit on a ₦500 stakeExpected result per 100 rounds
1.2x81%about 1 in 1.2₦100−₦1,500
1.5x65%about 1 in 1.5₦250−₦1,500

100x1.0%about 1 in 103₦49,500−₦1,500

Read the last column twice. Whatever multiplier you pick, 100 rounds at a ₦500 stake are expected to cost ₦1,500 . A low target wins often and pays little. A high target wins rarely and pays a lot. The long-run cost is the same 3% of everything you stake, which is why no choice of cash-out point counts as a winning system.

What changes with the target is the ride. At 1.20x you win about four rounds in five and losses come in ones and twos. At 10x you win about one round in ten and can easily sit through twenty losing rounds first. Pick the ride you can afford, not the one that sounds biggest.

What a session costs in NGN

The 3% edge applies to everything you stake, so the expected cost of a session grows with the number of rounds, not with the multiplier you aim for. The table uses a ₦500 stake.

Session lengthTotal stakedExpected returnExpected cost
50 rounds₦25,000₦24,250−₦750
100 rounds₦50,000₦48,500−₦1,500
200 rounds₦100,000₦97,000−₦3,000
500 rounds₦250,000₦242,500−₦7,500

These are averages over many sessions. A single session can end well above or well below them. The reasoning behind the figures, and the losing-streak tables, are on the main calculator page.

How we check
